PROJECT SCOPE

Fast tracked contract for the procurement, assembly, customization, and supply of sixteen (16) large Diesel Powered Pumpsets, each of 4620 usgpm capacity. The pumpsets were required by the client for urgent flood prevention measures after deadly floods struck the city of Jeddah.

 

 

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

 

• Successfully secured the contract by committing to deliver the equipment in the shortest delivery schedule amongst all international and local suppliers. The project marked a very important milestone for our company as it was the first in the KSA, and it pioneered the way with the prominent client Saudi Aramco for further business.

 

• The project entailed the high coordination and management of multiple suppliers and subcontractors from the USA, UK, KSA and Qatar to ensure the timely manufacturing, delivery and assembly of the pumpsets within the very short timeframe of six (6) weeks for the first batch and ten (10) weeks for the rest. 

 

• The project completion was successfully achieved in advance of the very short schedule to the satisfaction of the client & project owner.
